What happened

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced on March 5, 2024 that it had cleared the Dexcom Stelo Glucose Biosensor System for over-the-counter marketing. The agency described it as an integrated continuous glucose monitor intended for adults 18 and older who do not use insulin.
